How to Order

1. After you completely customize your item, you can place an order by clicking “ADD TO CART” button. The system will put the item into the shopping cart immediately. If you do not want to place an order now, you can keep the customized item for editing later by clicking "ADD TO WISH LIST". Please login to your accounts to use “WISH LIST” function. If you don’t have an account, you can register one free of charge at any time.

2. You now can check or edit the quantity and the item details in shopping cart.

2.1.If you have Promotion Codes, you can put the code and then click “Apply” button.

2.2.The delivery method is set to "Free Standard" as the default. For the faster shipping speed, you can choose the express option which will be charged additional 40 Baht.

2.3.Once you completely select required items, click “Process to Check out” button and you will be brought to Checkout page.    

3. On Checkout page,

3.1.You can place an order through Check out as Guest without creating an account. Click “Check out as Guest” and then “CONTINUE” button. However, we suggest you to create an account for using our website more conveniently.

3.2.If you are already an account, you can use sign in your account immediately for continuing next steps.

4. You will be brought to Checkout page, which requires them to fill out shipping details and select payment methods. After completely filling out details, click “CHECK OUT” button to confirm the order.

5. Now you successfully place an order. After this process, the system will send an e-mail to notify the order confirmation.

Order Cancellation

You can request for order cancellation as long as your order is not in production process. If the order is successfully cancelled, we will send you a discount coupon for your next purchase based on the paid amount . The discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash. You can request for the order cancellation by;

1. Contact our Customer Service or via the contacting Form shown in Contact Us.

2. Contact officers via Call Center 098-973-2346
