Shipping & Delivery

After you place an order in the shopping cart by clicking “Check Out” button, you will be brought to the “Check Out” page that they have to fill out shipping details and select payment methods and shipping methods. We offer the shipping methods as follows;


Service charges are classified based on these 2 shipping method as follows;

1. Standard delivery

2. Express delivery

 

The system will automatically select the standard delivery. If you would like to receive your item more quickly, they can choose the Express delivery service (with an additional service charge). After we receive the purchase order and payment confirmation from you, we will manufacture your item immediately. The standard manufacturing period is approximately 1-2 business days*. After that, we will make a delivery according to the shipping method you chose.     

 


 

* Remarks:

- We provide free shipping on an order conditionally.

-Some products may take longer time to manufacture than the specified period and it may delay the delivery period. 

- We will produce the product once the payment is completed within the cut-off time of 12.00 a.m each day. The payment made afterward will be carried to the next production day.

-Products of all purchase orders will be delivered with the standard delivery service if you do not request for the Express delivery service.

 

Track Order

You can check the delivery status of their orders through these 3 channels as follows;

  • Check by yourself; once your item ‘s shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of the delivery with Tracking Number. You can check the delivery status on the delivery operator. You can also sign in to your account to check Tracking Number in Order History.
