No, you can place an order as “Guest” and then follow the steps to place your order. However, we recommend you to register on our website so that you can use our website more easily, including browsing for order history and receiving news about promotions and new products.

Q.What should I do if I forgot Username or Password?
If you forgot your Username or Password, click Forgot password on the “Log in” page and fill out E-mail and then click confirm. The system will send a link to create new Password to your e-mails.

Q.Which channel can I place an order?
We only accept your order at www.lullabels.com.
Q.Why should I make an order at lullabels.com?
As we offer the online customization system which facilitates you and allows you to view customized items immediately on your screen. You can add text line, style, icon, background color, and font as required and then customized items will be immediately displayed on the screen. In addition, we provide a variety of products with unique and attractive styles designed by our teams. We also focus on the control of all production processes and the selection of high-quality raw materials.
Q.Will I receive my item looked the same as shown on the preview screen?
The previews shown are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product. During the production process, our team will look at each pattern and every set of labels to make sure yours look similar to the preview shown as much as possible. If there are any errors, we reserve its right to slightly adjust your final labels to be more accurate and look best based on the information provided during the order process.
Q.Why is the preview image rendered differently in different browsers?
We choose the latest technology for displaying preview image which is well compatible with new versions of browser. Our website is best displayed on Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Microsoft edge, and Safari, respectively and they have different ways to render the image. It does not support all versions of Internet Explorer (IE).
Q.How can I place an order?
You are able to select types of products as requires and then easily create and customize them by entering names and choosing our attractive patterns and designs. Then, click “Add to Cart” and select shipping method. Click “Check Out” and continue to the payment process. Click “Submit” to confirm and complete the order.

Q.Why can’t I add items into my Shopping Cart?
You have to select all the options available such as text line, style, icon, background color, and font,
in order to add your item into your shopping cart.
Q.Where can I put the promotion code?
We offer the sale promotions from time to time. If you have a promotion code, you can put it into the discount code field on the Shopping Cart page and click Confirm to use the code. The final confirmed price will be shown when you make a payment.
Q.What method of payment do you accept?
We accept 1 payment methods as follows;
1. Bank Transfer: you can make a transfer via banks accounts as shown in Checkout process. After successfully transfer, please fill out the payment information into our Payment Notification system on our website. Your product will be proceeded as soon as the payment is confirmed only.
Shipping and Delivery Information
Q.How much is the shipping charge?
We deliver all orders free of charges conditionally with registered mail otherwise we charge 30 Baht per an order. If you need your item quickly, there is an additional charge of 40 Baht per an order for Express delivery.
Q.What kind of shipping method do you offer?
We offer 2 shipping methods as follows;
1. Standard delivery, 3-7 business days: We delivered products via Registered mail service.
2. Express delivery, 1-3 business days: We delivered products via EMS service or Express delivery operator.
Q.How long does it take to delivery my items?
We will produce the product once the payment is completed within the cut-off time of 12.00 a.m each day. The payment made afterward will be carried to the next production day. The standard manufacturing period is approximately 1-2 business days. After that, we will send the item to you according to the selected shipping method which takes 3-7 business days for standard delivery and 1-3 business days for express delivery.
Q.How can I track my order?
We will send an e-mail to notify the latest status of your order or you are able to track the order by logging in to the system and then click “Order History” or click here.
Q.How can I change or cancel an order?
After placing an order, you will not be able to edit your order. If you would like to change the order, please contact our Customer Service or via the contacting Form shown in Contact Us. We can change or cancel the order only if the item ‘s not in the production process. If the order is successfully cancelled, we will send you a discount coupon based on the paid amount, which you can use it for the next purchase. The discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
Q.Do you ship internationally?
Currently we offer only domestic shipping. If there is any change, we will further provide a notice.
How to Use Name Label and Iron-on Label
Q.Tips on applying sticker label
Please clean and dry items or containers to make sure that their surfaces are free of dust before applying a sticker label onto them. Rub the label to avoid air bubbles. We suggest applying and leaving the label about 6 hours before using the item.
Q.Tips on applying iron-on label
You are able to use normal irons to do it at home. (Do not use a steam iron. Turn off the steam setting.) Set iron to 14px/high heat and place the iron-on label onto the cloth. Place the given a parchment paper over the iron-on label. (Do not directly iron on the label.) Firmly press the iron on the label for about 10 seconds and remove it. Leave it cool. Remove the parchment paper and keep it for using next time. If the label does not stick well enough to the cloth, you can reapply it.
